Screenbuilders built my screen originally back in 2019 and I’ve only ever trusted them to fix broken panels. They do a wonderful job, clean up after and I highly recommend them. They were just out replacing a bunch of panels after the recent hail storm and even though it was a bit of a wait they did it all in one day. Janice SchlosserMarch 7, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We received a quote to replace all our pool structure screening from Glenn. It was reasonable for all the work they had to do. The men who came to do the work were very good. They were careful, concise & cleaned everything up. When they were done they walked us around to show us all they had done. Whenever I called Glenn with questions, he responded quickly. So far I would certainly recommend them. Riley WrightJanuary 24, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Somewhere around June or July of 2024, I contacted Screen Builders (hereafter called SB) West Palm Beach to do a pool screen enclosure for me in the Lake Charleston area of West Palm Beach. Because I had to do preparatory work first, like expanding my concrete deck size and resurfacing it, my overall project didn't complete until January 2025. My contact was Ron Nerf. During this multi-month period, he was very patient, waiting on me to complete my preparatory work before he could begin his actual part of the work -- the screen enclosure itself. He gave me advice whenever I asked for it regarding his concrete deck requirements (e.g., depth in inches required on the outer edges of the concrete deck to adequately support his concrete structure) and answered my questions about property setbacks and easement requirements. He told me that we needed a survey to be done first. Upon request, he provided me with a survey company recommendation, a concrete company recommendation, and a pool deck resurfacing company recommendation. Ron was very helpful in this regard. It should be noted that we spend quite a large sum of money on this project. Finally, the installation day came, and they installed my pool screen enclosure. The workers were competent, courteous, and professional, and they completed their work in a timely manner. Some surprises happened during this installation. My wife and I were pretty sure we had specified a bronze-color frame because I am not a fan of white, and I actually wanted a black frame, but SB only offered White and Bronze. When they came to install it, the frame was white, not bronze. I contacted Ron and he assured me that we had requested white. When I checked an electronic image of the contract I had signed (both blank and filled-in contract forms), I found that the one that showed my signature had had the Bronze color selection checkbox whited-out, leaving only a checked White box. This "white-out" edit did NOT have my initials beside it, so it seemed to me that the form had been edited after my signature. Ron assured me that I had chosen white and said that the Bronze checkbox had been whited out to "avoid confusion" due to a "mess" there. If I had not checked the Bronze box, why would there have been a mess there? In either case, I let this slide. I could live with a white frame. Then after completion, our requested pet door had not been installed. When I queried Ron, he told me that we had not specified a pet door. My wife and I were certain that we had because we have a small dog, and we always ensure a pet door is available for him to access an outside grass area to "do his business". Ron agreed to add the requested pet door at no extra charge. The installed dog door was a hard, plastic swinging door that didn't seal very tightly at the bottom. I didn't like the quality of the door dog, but it was a functional dog door. I had been hoping for a "dog-friendly", transparent, flexible dog door with a magnet at the bottom that seals well when closed. We also noted that the screws on the enclosure had white screw caps to hide the screws. Having had bad experiences in the past, we requested him to give us one box of each screw cap size that had been used in our installation so that, if one or more should come off in the future, we could readily replace it. He seemed reluctant to give us a box each (due to the cost?), so I relented and settled for 10 screw caps of each size. What was left for us was a zip-lock bag of less than 10 large size caps, one medium size cap, none of a medium-to-small size cap, and about 20 of the smallest size caps. This was not what I had requested. We are working with Tina in their administrative office to rectify this situation. Tina has given us excellent support throughout this project. Overall, I am pleased with Screen Builders and would use them again in the future. But there were a few "glitch areas" in our interactions. Finn McCoolOctober 17, 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Screen Builders just did another amazing job and I could not be happier. They fixed some torn screens, replaced all the hardware on the screen door, and added a stronger, pet-screen to the bottom row. Tito was fast, efficient, and did an amazing job. The clean up was perfect. I've been using Screen Builders for 30 years and every time they to a great job. A shout out to Eric and Tina for all their help and one to Jim Pollock for coming out so quickly to give me the quote. Camille and Alvaro took care of our problem, and it was fast and painless. They are attentive and knowledgeable, and I'm sure they will take care of your needs too. I highly recommend. We had the best experience with screen builders from the start with Glenn our estimator and the crew Victor and Sergio that put up the pool enclosure. They were very professional, neat, and polite. What a joy to work with screen builders Tony VellaNovember 8, 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Glenn Muttart and his staff did an excellent job scheduling and completing this project on time and as promised. My Lanai upgrade, removing a built in shed, came out perfect. Exactly what I wanted! Would recommend!! Alan PlautNovember 2, 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Screen Builders to extend our patio and enclose it with screens. This required pouring and grading concrete slabs and then installing screened-in wall and roof framing sections. The end result looks and feels like good quality materials and workmanship. All of the screws are capped with plastic protectors, and the framing members are made from aluminum, so rust should never be an issue for us. We are very pleased with the final product -- it looks great and feels solid. Glenn Muttart was our point of contact, and he was excellent at guiding us through every step of the process. Our only quibble is that the project took somewhat longer than we expected, but I'd rather wait a bit for a good quality result than have a poor job done quickly.
